A brief biography

Associate Professor Koshila Kumar is the Director of Charles Sturt University’s Teaching Academy, where she provides strategic leadership in staff development in learning and teaching across the university. An experienced qualitative researcher, Koshila’s work focuses on faculty development, curriculum, and pedagogy. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a Fellow of ANZAHPE. From 2017 to 2023, Koshila served on the ANZAHPE board and she currently holds an adjunct academic appointment with Flinders University.
