A brief biography
I am the Sub-Dean (Academic Development) within the Division of Learning and Teaching at Charles Sturt University and the inaugural Director of the Charles Sturt Teaching Academy. In this role, I support staff development in learning and teaching across the Charles Sturt University footprint and have oversight of the design, delivery, quality assurance, and quality improvement of a range of capacity and community building activities. I am an experienced educator and researcher in health professions education which has been my discipline for nearly 20 years. ANZAHPE is my primary community of practice - I am a Fellow of ANZAHPE, and was on the ANZAHPE national board from 2017 to 2023, as Membership Secretary and then Vice-President.
