The ANZAHPE Award
The ANZAHPE Award is available each year to recognise professional excellence or outstanding achievement in the field of health professional education in Australasia and New Zealand.
The Award may be presented for excellence in education, research or service to the Association, or in any other area related to health professional education. More than one Award may be given in any one year. This award has replaced the ANZAHPE Award for Achievement in Education, the ANZAHPE Award for Achievement in Research and the ANZAHPE Award for Service.
Nominations for the ANZAHPE Award will be sought from ANZAHPE members via the Bulletin, the ANZAHPE website and e-mail reminder. Any financial member of ANZAHPE is entitled to nominate a candidate for this award.
Nominations must be signed by a proposer and seconder and include the following details:
The CoM shall establish a Selection Panel to consider the nominations and make recommendations for the award. This shall be co-ordinated by the ANZAHPE Vice President. Candidates shall be judged on their contribution to health professional education, research or contribution to the Association.
Closing date for nominations: April 30, 2021
Nominations for should be forwarded to the ANZAHPE office. A decision is made via electronic communication with the Award/s announced and presented at the Annual ANZAHPE Conference.
