Creative approaches to interprofessional education and collaborative practice (IPECP) in 2022 and beyond

The interprofessional showcase is an excellent opportunity to network, share and hear what is going on within the interprofessional education, practice and research community. Building on the success of last year, a hybrid format involving in-person and virtual presentations will be used.

The Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice (IPECP) Showcase is a combined forum hosted by the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and the University of Auckland (UoA) which provides an excellent opportunity to network and share within and across the interprofessional education, practice and research communities, free of charge for delegates. This forum aims to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of people - patients/clients and their whanau, communities, health practitioners and the organisations they work in. It was launched in 2020 and was an amalgamation of the NZ Interprofessional Health Conference formally hosted by AUT and the UoA IPE Showcase hosted by the UoA, which had both been running for a number of years.

Over the last 2 years the IPECP Showcase has attracted a growing number of presenters and delegates from across New Zealand, Australia and other parts of the world and has been delivered using a blended approach including virtual and in-person presentations/attendance. We are seeking collaborations with industry partners to support/endorse and promote this forum. We see this as a mutually beneficial arrangement to boost profile and membership (if appropriate) through including branding in flyers, abstract booklets, the NZ National Centre for Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice (NCIPECP) website and emails etc, with opportunities to also participate in future events. We are not seeking monetary sponsorship, however if you would like to become a financial sponsor we would welcome further discussion.
