Meet one of our newest members, Sirini Griffiths.

Sirini Griffiths is currently the Director of the Clinical Education Unit at Austin Health in Victoria, where she leads nursing and allied health education across three campuses.

"My background is in emergency and critical care nursing, and over the years I’ve moved through a variety of senior education roles. I also hold a Master of Health Administration from La Trobe University and am passionate about building capability and innovation in health workforce education.

I joined ANZAHPE because I value being part of a community that promotes evidence-informed education, collaboration, and the continuous development of health professions education across Australia and New Zealand. Being a member provides opportunities to stay connected with others doing important work in the HPE space, and helps foster fresh thinking in how we educate, lead, and support our clinical workforce.

I heard about ANZAHPE through colleagues and conference networks, and I joined to be part of the conversations that shape our future educators and clinicians. It’s a privilege to contribute to, and learn from, this dynamic professional community"
