SIG - COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT |
![]() |
The ANZAHPE Community Engagement (CE) Special Interest Group (SIG) acknowledges and commits to advocating for the key role of CE in health professional education (HPE). CE is a pre-requisite for HPE's social accountability mandate, and ANZAHPE CE SIG is proud to join the global momentum for reciprocal, mutually beneficial, decolonising, and pervasive CE in HPE.
The CE-SIG seeks to advance meaningful, ethical, and sustainable engagement between HPE institutions and the communities they serve and interact with. The CE SIG acts as a collaborative hub for educators, community partners, researchers, and students committed to strengthening community-centred learning, research, and partnerships across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
