EMPATHY SYMPOSIUM

Monash University Nursing & Midwifery are hosting the Empathy Symposium this year in Melbourne. It is part of the empathy initiative. This year will be hosting three days of collaborative and interesting dialogue which will include a keynote by Dr Julia Baird, plenary speakers, panels, workshops and oral presentations exploring the relationship between art, empathy and compassion across health professions education, research and practice. This directly links to our ANZAHPE HTAG Health Humanities.
